ව්‍යාපාර කළමනාකරණය සහ නිශ්පාදකයා පාරිභෝගිකයා සහ අතරමැදියා අතර සම්බන්ධතාවය පිළිබඳව ස්වයංපෝෂිත එකක නායක නායිකාවන් දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩමුළුව සැප්තැම්බර් මස 28 සහ 29 යන දෙදින පොලොන්නරුව කලහාගල මිරිදිය සංවිධානයේ පුහුණු මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ දී පවත්වන ලදී. දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 15 ක නායකයින් 37 දෙනෙකු සහභාගී විය. එක් එක් දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ අත්දැකීම් බෙදා ගැනීම තුළින් දැනට සිදුවෙන ව්‍යාපාර ක්‍රියාවලිය පිළිබඳව අවබෝධය වර්ධනය කර ගන්නා ලදී. දැනට සිදුවෙන රාජ්‍යය වැඩපිළිවෙළ පිළිබඳව කෘෂි උපදේශක තරිඳු මහත්මා විසින් දැනුවත් කිරීමක් සිදුකරන ලදී.මනෝජ් මහතා ඇතුළු කණ්ඩායම විසින් පොළොන්නරුවේ සිදුකරන ව්‍යාපාරයන් හා එහි ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය පිළිබඳව සාභාගිකයන්ට පුළුල් දැනුමක් ලබා දෙන ලදී. ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයේ දායකත්වයෙන් සහ පොළොන්නරුව මිරිදිය සංවිධානය මැදිහත්වීමෙන් සංවිධානය කරන ලදී.
The workshop to educate the leaders of a self-sufficient one on business management and the relationship between producer, consumer and intermediary was held on 28th and 29th of September at Polonnaruwa Kalahagala Freshwater Organization training center. 37 leaders from 15 districts participated. By sharing the experiences of each district, the understanding of the current business process was developed. Mr. Manoj and his team gave a briefing about the current government program.
