Christ King College, Ja Ela will meet Lyceum International School, Wattala in the final of the Under 17 Division 2 Inter-Schools Cricket Tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and sponsored by Sri Lanka Cricket at De Mazenod College Ground, Kandana on 19th August.
Christ King College Ja Ela and Lyceum International School Wattala advanced to the pre quarter finals as groups champions in the first round.
Christ King College Ja Ela beat Karandeniya Central College while Lyceum International School Wattala beat Kegalu Vidyalaya in the pre quarter finals and advanced to the quarter finals.

Christ King College Ja Ela beat Maliyadeva Model School Kurunegala while Lyceum International School Wattala beat Harischandra National Schoool Negombo in the quarter finals and advanced to the semi finals.
Christ King College Ja Ela beat Zahira College Colombo while Lyceum International School Wattala beat Royal College Colombo (B) in the semi finals and advanced to the final.
Lyceum International School Wattala will be led by Shaila Prabhashwara and Avishka Nirmal will lead Christ King College Ja Ela.
