Two Semi-Finals of Under 13 Division 1 Inter-Schools Cricket Tournament conducted by by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association with sponsor Sri Lanka Cricket will be held on tomorrow (10th January) at Ananda Mawatha and Godigamuwa.
Royal College, Colombo will meet St. Anthony’s College, Katugastota in the 1st Semi-Final at MB Grounds in Godigamuwa.
Royal College, Colombo advanced to the second round as runner up of their group in the first round and St. Anthony’s College, Katugastota advanced to the second round as champion of their group in the first round.
Royal College, Colombo defeated Ananda College, Colombo in the second round while St. Anthony’s College, Katugastota defeated Zahira College, Colombo in the second round fixtures.
In the Pre Quarter-Final, Royal College, Colombo defeated Mahinda College while St. Anthony’s College, Katugastota defeated Wesley College, Colombo in their Pre Quarter-Final encounter. Royal College qualified to the Semi-Final defeating Dharmapala College, Pannipitiya in the Quarter-Final and St. Anthony’s College, Katugastota booked their place in the Semi-Final defeating Mahanama College, Colombo in their quarter final encounter.
Dushane Udawela will lead Royal College, Colombo and Sanithu Gunatilake will lead St. Anthony’s College, Katugastota.

St. Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya (A) advanced to the second round as champion of their group in the first round. Richmond College, Galle advanced to the second round as champion of their group in the first round.
St. Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya (A) defeated St. Sebastian’s College, Moratuwa while Richmond College, Galle defeated S. Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia in the second round. Richmond College Galle advanced to the quarter final round according the previous points. Richmond Galle cemented their place in Semi-Finals defeating St. Joseph Vaz, College Wennappuwa in the quarter final.
The quarter final match between St. Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya (A) and Trinity College, Kandy was tied thus the former qualified to the Semi-Final according average points in the previous round.
Reshon Solomons will lead St. Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya (A) and Hiruk Akalanka will lead Richmond College, Galle.
