Apple to Sell iPhones Online and Retail Stores

Currently in most of the countries iPhones can be purchase only from operators with their package contracts. This is a big headache sometime if someone want to buy a iPhone and used with multiple operators. Now it seems Apple is going to introduce a SIM which can be used to activate the device - which mean unlock -  and use with any operator we like. Not sure what operators impression about this news, but I think iPhone is too demanding now like people are flocking to buy a iPhone but NO STOCK. I would be grate if anyone can buy iPhone at a retail store or from online, many will be happy about this news for sure.
