නිර්මාතෘ දිනය හා සිහිකිරීමේ දිනය 2020

ලෝක සිහිකිරීමේ දිනය

ලොව ඇති දැවැන්තම ළමා ව්‍යාපාරය වන බාලදක්ෂ සහ බාලදක්ෂිකා ව්‍යාපාරයේ නිර්මාතෘ රොබට් ස්ටීවන්සන් ස්මිත් බේඩ්න් පවෙල් සාමිතුමන් සහ ඔලෙව් මැතිණියගේ උපදින සැමරුම වෙනුවෙන් පෙබරවාරි 22 දිනය ලෝක බාලදක්ෂ කැලැන්ඩරයේ සුවිශේෂ ස්ථානයක් හිමිකර ගන්නා බව නොරහසක්.

2020 වසරට යෙදී තිබුණු ලෝක බාලදක්ෂ ව්‍යාපාරයේ නිර්මාතෘ තුමාගේ 162 ගුණසමරුව නිමිත්තෙන් ශ්‍රී ලංකාව පුරා මෙවර දැවැන්ත ප්‍රබෝධයක් දැකගත හැකිව තිබුණා. අක්‍රියාකාරීව නිහඩ පිළිවෙතක් අනුගමනය කරන ඇතැම් දිසා බාලදක්ෂ සංගම සැමටම වඩා පෙරටුවෙන් සිටිනු දැකීම සතුටක්. මේ විවිධ දිසා සංගම් විසින් නිර්මාතෘ දිනය සැමරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් අප වෙත යොමුකරනු ලැබූ ඡායාරූප ගොනුවයි.

පෙබරවාරි 22 දිනට යෙදෙන ලෝක බාලදක්ෂ ව්‍යාපාරයේ නිර්මාතෘ බී.පී.තුමාගේ 163වැනි ජන්ම දිනය හා බාලදක්ෂිකාවන් විසින් ස්මරණය කරනු ලබන ඔලේව් සෙනට් ක්ලෙයාර් මැතිණිය වෙනුවෙන් ලෝක සිහිකිරීමේ දිනය වෙනුවෙන් දිවයින පුරා දිසා මට්ටමින් සෑම බාලදක්ෂ, බාලදක්ෂිකා කණ්ඩායමක් විසින් පවත්වනු ලැබූහ. මේ අතර සැමරුම් උත්සව, ලේ දන්දීම්, රුක්රෝපණ වැඩසටහන්, පාගමන්, කඳවුරු, ගිණිමැල, ප්‍රජාසේවා, අනුස්මරණ වැඩසටහන් ආදී වූ බොහෝ සමාජ සත්කාර රැසක් සිදුකරනු ලැබූ අතර ඒ පිළිබඳ කෙටි සටහනක් අපගේ scouting.lk වෙබ් අඩවියෙහි තැබුවෙමු. 

ජන මාධ්‍ය නොදුටු බාලදක්ෂ නිර්මාතෘ දිනය

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ බංගලාදේශ මහකොමසාරිස්ගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ සංවිධානයේ යුනෙස්කෝ සංවිධානය විසින් සෑම වසරකම පෙබරවාරි 21 වැනිදා ජාත්‍යන්තර මව්භාෂා දිනය සමරණු ලබන අතර නිදහස් චතුරස්‍ර පරශ්‍රයේදී පැවති එම උත්සවය හා සමගාමී ව බාලදක්ෂ ව්‍යාපාරයේ නිර්මාතෘ ලුතිනන් ජනරාල් බේඩ්න් පවල් සාමිතුමාගේ පෙබරවාරි 22 දිනට යෙදෙන උපන් දිනය සිහිකරනු ලැබූ ජාතික බාලදක්ෂ වැඩසටහනක් ද අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් පවත්වනු ලැබීය. විද්‍යුත් හා මුද්‍රිත ජනමාධ්‍ය සියල්ලේම පාහේ ජාත්‍යන්තර මව්භාෂා දිනය හැරෙන්නට බාලදක්ෂ නිර්මාතෘ දිනය සම්බන්ධ ව කිසිදු තොරතුරක් වාර්තා නොවීම කණගාටුවෙන් යුතුව සිහිපත් කරමු.

Founder' Day was celebrated at National Scout Headquarters today 21 February ahead of the official BP Day of 22nd February. The BP statue was garlanded and floral tributes were paid in memory of BP. Scouts, Leaders and Commissioners of NHQ and Districts participated. 

"International Mother Language Day and World Scout Founders Day" was held at Independence Hall, Colombo on 21st February 2020 under patronage of Hon. Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, Hon. Minister Bandula Gunawardana, Hon. Minister GL Peiris, Hon. Minister Hon. Minister Douglas Devananda. Event was organized by the Bangladesh High Commission to Sri Lanka with Ministry of Education and Sri Lanka Scout Association. SLAF Ratmalana, SLAF Katunayake and SLAF Ekala Air Scouts participated for the occasion.

ලෝක බාලදක්ෂ ව්‍යාපාරයේ නිර්මාතෘ තුමාගේ 162 ගුණසමරුව නිමිත්තෙන් මාතර දිසා බාලදක්ෂ දිසාවේ උත්සවය ගරු අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍ය ඩලස් අලහප්පෙරුම මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් මාතර දිසා බාලදක්ෂ කොමසාරිස් V.G ඉන්දික ප්‍රසන්න මහතාගේ මෙහෙය වීමෙන් සිඟිති, පෝතක, බාලදක්ෂයන්ගේ සහභාගීත්වයෙන් පැවැත්විනි.

ලෝක බාලදක්ෂ නිර්මාතෘ දින සැමරුමක් 2020 පෙබරවාරි 22 දින ඇඹිලිපිටිය මහජන ක්‍රීඩාංගනයේදී පැවැත් විය. රත්නපුර ධර්මපාල මහ විද්‍යාලයීය බාලදක්ෂ සමුහයේ 20 වන සංවත්සරික කදවුර සදහා "කදවුරැ පදක්කම එලිදැක්විම" සබරගමු පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාර ගරු ටිකිරි කොබිබෑකඩුව මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන්, සබරගමු පලාත් අධ්‍යාපන අධ්‍යක්ෂ සේපාල කුරැප්පුආරචිචි මැතිතුමාගේ සුවිශේෂි ආරාධනයෙන් ඇඹිලිපිටිය මහවැලි ක්‍රීඩාංගණයේදි 2020 පෙබරවාරි 22 දින සිදු කරන ලදි. මෙම අවස්ථාවට සමිභාවනිය ආරාධිත අමුත්තන් රැසක් සහභාගි විය.

Navaneethan Provinial director - cultural , district commissioner Mr.v Peratheepan program A DC Mr.I.cristy training ADC Mr.A.Uthayakumar , Mr.S.Kunarathnan ADC(scout) Mr.A.Pudkaran ADC (Media) Mr.N.Nagarajah ADC Mr.V.Supramaniyam ADC and also 25 scout leaders and more than 300 scouts take part in the program

மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட சாரணர் சங்கத்தின் பேடன் பவுல் தினம் இன்று ஸ்தாபகர் பூங்காவில் இடம்பெற்றது.பதில் மாவட்ட சாரணர் ஆணையாளரும் நிருவாக உதவி மாவட்ட ஆணையாளருமான திரு.வே.பிரதீபன் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது இதில் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட அரச அதிபர் திருமதி. கலாமதி -பத்மராஜா அம்மணி அவர்கள் பிரதம அதிதியாகவும் சிறப்பு அதிதியாக கிழக்கு மாகாண பண்பாட்டலுவல்கள் திணைக்கள பணிப்பாளரும் சாரணருமான திரு s.நவநீதன் அவர்களும் கலந்து சிறப்பித்தனர்.மட்டு மாவட்ட சாரண ஆணையாளர் திரு.V.பிரதீபன் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் 300 சாரணர்களும் 25 சாரண தலைவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

Event was organized by the Moratuwa Piliyandala District Branch of Sri Lanka Scout Association and 43 Air Scouts and 01 Air Scout Leader participated for the event from 25th Air Scout Group SLAF Base Ratmalana.

Colombo District Scout Association

celebrate the birth of the founder of scouting - Lord Baden-Powell was conducted by the Colombo District Scout Association. Zahira College, Colombo played host to more than 600 Cubs. Scouts & Girls in Scouting from over 30 troops who participated in the day-long programme.
Commencing with prayers followed by the National Anthem, the scouts observed a moment of silence in memory of the Founder. The scouts then re-affirmed the Scout Promise which was proclaimed in Sinhala, Tamil & English.
DC Amil Abeysundera, welcomed the large gathering which also included ADCs, DSMs, Scouters, Akelas and parents. He also expressed the sincere appreciation and thanks of the Colombo District Scout Association to the Principal & staff of Zahira College for hosting the event and for the excellent facilities provided. The scouts enthusiastically participated in the Arts, Speech, Essay & General Knowledge competitions under the scouting themes. A significant feature was that participants were allowed to use any of the three languages. 

INTERNATIONAL MOTHER LANGUAGES DAY AND FOUNDER'S DAY. International Mother Languages Day organized by the Bangladesh High Commission and partnered by Sri Lanka Scout Association and BP Day took place at the Independence Hall in Colombo this morning 21 February 2020 under the patronage of Hon. Mahinda Rajapakse - Prime Minister.

Hon. Bandula Gunawardena - Minister of Higher Education and Hon. Douglas Devananda - Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources were Guests of Honour. Certificates were awarded to the Winners of the Art Competition organized by the Bangladesh High Commission. It was followed by a colourful presentation of music and songs of different countries in different languages. Tne Prime Minister was presented a Messenger of Peace Green scarf by the Deputy Chief Commissioner Mr. Janaprith Fernando. Members of the Diplomatic Corp., Distinguished invitees, Students, Scouts, Scout Commissioners and leaders were present at the occassion.
