Is that too much to gun for?
I realize that the loss will slow down as I go. But I figured if the initial weight loss was fast enough I could still catch up even in the slump of the last weeks.
To break it down;
By end of Jan (three weeks + 2 days) – drop 5
End of Feb – drop 3
March – drop 2

Dropped close to 5-6 kgs in two weeks.. control u r dinner.. cut down ur junk food intake(oily/meaty) by half.. an work tht body…run..walk. something!! shud help u with it.. Good luck…

Wow that much in 2 weeks is amazing!
Junk food is out but not really in a position to exercise for a few weeks. So I’m being extra careful with food.
Also, dead serious about losing 10 or even more 🙂
