I am the womens wing leader of NUW and member of the provincial council- central province so i have been working with a lot of women for years having understood their plight and problems. The plantation women are relentlessly toiling from morning 4:30 to night 10:30. which detaches them from their own family as they are finding it hard to look after their own children, husband and the society.This work pressure has led them to face a lot of personality disorientations. So i”m looking forward to work with them and create vigilant programmes to provide a better understanding on how to balance their work and family.
