OK, here are the rules. If you had unlimited money and space, which 25 cars (or jeeps, buses or whatever — 4 wheelers) of all time would you pick to own. You don’t have to pick 25, but what’s crucial is that you can only pick one from each marque (or badge), so if you pick an Audi TT, that’s it; no more Audi’s. All cars must be street legal production cars, so no race cars or concept cars or one-offs built in a shed. So think it through and have fun. You can add your 25 in the comments section, or write your own blog post and tag me and anyone else you think would enjoy this little game.

So that’s it. All my 25 are sports cars, 6 British, 5 Italian, 5 Japanese, 4 German, 3 American, 1 Swedish, and 1 French.
Some lovely cars there, but a few too many Japs for my liking. I’m still working on mine, though may have to go for less than 25 or it will take forever.
And an Audi TT!! Why would anyone pick one of those??
Well there’s no hurry, RD. And I hear some hairdressers are bound to pick the TT.
Here goes my list 🙂

Pretty cool, Raven. It was a tough choice for me between the MC-12, Quattroporte, GT, and Bora.
Yep I was also debating between the MC-12 and the Quattroporte. I was more surprised to see that you didn’t have any Zondas.
I originally had the Zonda F on my list, but I never liked the look of the Zonda, and since I had the CCX, I thought that was enough representation of the hyper cars. I dropped the MC-12 ‘cos I realised it wasn’t as good a car as the Enzo on which it’s based, and that would niggle a bit. The Bora was more pure.
I find Zonda’s pretty outlandish. Even more than Lambos sometimes.
I selected MC-12 for its performance, although it may not be a pure Maserati.
No I meant the fact that the MC-12 wasn’t as good on performance as the Enzo it was based on would niggle. Not because it had a Ferrari chassis. I tried to pick cars that were the best in their class. Like what’s the best big GT you can get — looks, performance, overall — the DBS, and so on. No way I could list the MC-12 on performance since the Enzo’s performance was better. Whereas I didn’t care if their was a better performer than the DBS, ‘cos nothing else had its looks. It’s just my way of thinking lol.
A little surprised at the 0-100 time of 3.9 seconds for the Bentley, considering that the 2010 Bentley Continental Supersports requires 610bhp and 800Nm of torque to achieve a similar figure.
BTW I would happily accept all your choices in my mythical garage, but would probably also try to find room for a Cord 812 and a Citroen Light 15
I’m pretty sure that 0-100 figure for the Blower is wrong, Ashraf, especially when you consider the car weighed over two tons! So I’m gonna delete that.
wait, where is the batmobile?
Fabulous lineup David! I will try my best to come up with my contribution of favored motors in due time.
Power! No Bugatti Veyron?
This is a fun post. The Murcielago and 599 GTO are definatley in my top 5 as well!
