Underworld at MC – Meh

Watched the new Underworld at the Majestic City cinema hall over the weekend, and man do they really need to stop making movies after the first 3 sequels. Well one of those three was a prequel, but anyway, there comes a time when you have flogged the horse and its dead and you need to stop hitting the poor bugger.

The first two movies were pretty awesome. I was thrilled when they first came out. Gutsy, bloody vampires and a heroine that actually looks like she can kick ass instead of just pouting and sparkling in the sunlight. But now the story is too stretched. It has no more meat left in it. Leave it alone. Leave us with those precious memories of awesomeness.
