The Sri Lankan bloggers who call for the death of SOPA makes me laugh. Of course, SOPA can lead to censorship. That is big issue. Freedom of expression is bigger and more important than the right of any studio or software company to protect their petty little movies or buggy little programmes. But none of that is discussed by these bloggers.

What they are saying is pretty F..d up, and they are very blunt. This is what they say. STOP SOPA. SO WE CAN PIRATE YOUR MOVIES AND SONGS AND SOFTWARE. YOU FUC.ERS HAVE NO GODDAMN RIGHT TO PROTECT YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

This is crazy. I myself do pirate everything. But thinking it is your goddamn right to pirate other people’s property is just plain retarded. You suck. Be honest. You suckers are not worried about censorship at all. You suckers didn’t say a word when GoSL banned Tamilnet. You suckers didn’t say anything when they banned lankatruth and lankaenews. You suckers didn’t say anything when they killed Lasantha. And you suckers say what? Stop SOPA?
