I’m back on my game.
I have found that staying off food almost completely actually kills my appetite. So to kick off I’m eating a bare minimum.
Breakfast is just coffee and a whole wheat sandwich. Lunch is fruit juice. And dinner is nothing at all if I can help it.

Oh, try to cut down on the coffee, have somethin more of breakie, medium balanced food for lunch… and dont ever skip dinner.. it leaves u with more gas π hehe so try n have somethin very light.. good luck.. π

lol π didnt think of skipping dinner that way. but yeah i should have something light for dinner. thanks.
