First session of the day got on to an exciting start with 4X800M relay finals for Under 17 and 19 (Boys /Girls ) taking place followed by the fast paced 4X400M Under 15 (Boys/Girls) relay which was closely contested and was won by Trinity College Kandy in the boys category and in the Girls category St.John Kothalawale, Kurunegala.
